For perfect hygiene in the food industry

Freezing tunnels, spiral freezers, cooling lines and proofing and settling chambers. These are just a few examples of fully welded machine casings.

Hygiene is an important requirement within the food processing industry.

That is why tunnels are cleaned with great regularity. Cool production and hot cleaning? Temperature fluctuations of up to 100 ◦C can be encountered in such processes. This places great tension on materials, as they expand and shrink in a short space of time.

Silicone seals are the weakest link

Silicone seals are the weakest link when it comes to traditional industrial casings because they start to peel away after a while. And products can be completely ruined if they are found to contain pieces of silicone.  This normally results in a recall and a lot of negative media attention.

Opt for fully welded casings

Welded casings eliminate the need to use silicone seals. Wall and ceiling panels are made from stainless steel with a thickness of up to 2 millimetres. The panels are welded together using an internal heat-proof joint. The insulation core is made from PIR foam and has a density of circa 50 kg/m3.

Innclose designs, manufacturers and installs fully welded casings. Welding casings is a very precise job, but is one that our welders are passionate about. Besides tailor-made welded casings, you can also order welded doors and wall ducts.
